Steve graduated from Kings College with a Masters Degree in Philosophy,,specialising in the philosophy of mind / consciousness and history of science.

Since then he has further researched, written and lectured on these subjects, as .well other areas that are of great interest to him: parapsychological research, altered states of consciousness, esoterica, shamanism, mythology and folklore, surrealism and forteana and alternative history. He has also researched these subjects for several well known authors, and for the Hermetic Research group HERU, of which he is currently a leading member. He grew up in London and has a love for the city and its history.
